Tami Weaver-Henry, a wife, a mother, a seasoned healthcare professional and community leader, is running for a Council At-Large seat in Jersey City. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, she is the owner and CEO of Angels Care Home Health and co-pastor of Greater Destiny Church.
Henry has also served as a Commissioner on the JC Environmental Board and chairs the Women’s Advisory Board, focusing on empowering women and addressing issues like gender inequity, social justice and insuring that every woman in Jersey City has a seat at the table. The panel, is spearheading legislation to eliminate discrimination against women. In Jersey City. Henry also served as a Board Member for the Jersey City Employment and Training Program.
